Robert Brooks is a serial entrepreneur with over 35 years experience in life science, capital raising, and corporate law, He has founded multiple clinical stage biotechnology companies Medvax, Aurora Biopharma, Alphageneron Pharmaceuticals, Radiance Biopharma and Exocellular Diagnostics advancing new experimental therapies and diagnostics against cancer from vaccines, to immunotherapy and antibodies He practiced corporate securities law. He holds a B.S. in Biology, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts and Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Harlan South has over 20 years experience as a board-certified in Internal medicine. He is the founder and medical director of Premier Wellness & Aesthetics Center, in San Francisco, specializing in weight loss, anti-aging, age, and aesthetic medicine. He is a veteran Chief of Aerospace Medicine and Colonel from the United States Air Force with several tours of duty over a decade. He graduated from the Medical College of Virgina.

Mr. Soderquist has more than 30 years of senior financial experience. He has served as CFO and in other managerial capacities at multiple private and publicly listed companies, eg Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC), Belden (NYSE: BDC). He holds a Bachelor of Science and an Master of Science in Accounting from Stockholm School of Economics and an MBA from Babson College Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
